The "Impact" session is structured into four key stages:
1. Preparation:
Managers submit their scenario, outlining challenges and impacts to tailor the session.
2. The Meeting:
- Initial Discussion: Managers discuss concerns with the coach.
- Role-Playing: Managers practice the conversation with feedback.
- Practice and Feedback: The conversation is refined until the manager feels confident.
3. Post-Meeting Feedback:
Managers receive written feedback and a session recording for further reflection.
