Hello, I'm Kate, the founder of People Efficient. With over 25 years of experience in HR, I've had the privilege of working with both large global companies and SMEs, helping them navigate the complexities of people management, leadership, and business agility.
My journey to creating People Efficient started with a simple belief: how we work is just as important as what we do. Throughout my career, I've seen the impact that a positive, collaborative, and transparent work environment can have on performance and well-being. This inspired me to focus on creating people-centric solutions that truly make a difference.
Combining my HR expertise with my background as a trained actor, I developed the impACT sessions in 2024.
These unique workshops allow managers to practise handling difficult conversations in a safe, supportive environment, honing their communication skills before facing real-world challenges.
I believe that with the right guidance and practice, anyone can become a confident, effective leader who creates trust, collaboration, and a sense of belonging within their teams.
